After the purchase of one or more tickets (vouchers) for the Experience in the Cellar, it is necessary to send an email to "info@neravini.com" to arrange and reserve the correct date for the visit.

The Experience in the Cellar can in fact be enjoyed on a day of your choice in the following 12 months from the date of purchase, thus also representing an excellent gift idea for yourself and your partner.

- Tasting times: 10.30 - 15.30
- Visit to the cellar and tasting time: 10.30 - 15.30
- Visit to the vineyard, tasting and visit to the cellar hours: 9.30 - 14.30

TUESDAY
- Tasting times: 10.30 - 15.30

WEDNESDAY
- Tasting times: 10.30 - 15.30
- Visit to the cellar and tasting time: 3.30pm
- Visit to the vineyard, Tasting and Visit to the Cellar time: 2.30pm

THURSDAY
- Tasting times: 10.30 - 15.30

FRIDAY
- Tasting times: 10.30 - 15.30
- Visit to the cellar and tasting time: 3.30pm
- Visit to the vineyard, Tasting and Visit to the Cellar time: 2.30pm

SATURDAY
- Tasting times: 10.30 - 15.30
- Visit to the cellar and tasting time: 10.30 - 15.30

It is possible to reschedule a visit by calling at least 24 hours before the event already booked.

In the event of an error, it is possible to request a return or replacement with material of equivalent value up to 30 days from the date on which the purchase was made.
