These conditions of sale concern the purchase of products and services made through the sites NeraVini.com / CavenCamuna.com managed by Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera srl with registered office in Via Stelvio, 40/A Chiuro ( SO) Italy, registered in the Company Register of XXXX REA number XX – 1234567 and VAT number 00141640144.
The sale of Products through the Site constitutes a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (articles 45 and following) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, containing the regulation of electronic commerce.

7.1 In caso di annullamento dell'ordine, sia da parte del Cliente che nel caso di mancata accettazione dello stesso da parte di Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera srl, verrà richiesto contestualmente da Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera srl l'annullamento della transazione e lo svincolo dell'importo impegnato. 9. Bonifico Bancario Anticipato: La forma di pagamento Bonifico Anticipato non è utilizzabile su tutti gli articoli a catalogo. In caso di pagamento tramite Bonifico Bancario Anticipato sarà necessario fornire contabile di avvenuto bonifico da inviarsi a Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera srl via e-mail il più rapidamente possibile, e comunque entro e non oltre 3 giorni lavorativi dalla data di accettazione dell'ordine; fino al ricevimento della stessa, infatti, la merce non verrà impegnata. Modalità e spese di consegna
11.4 I tempi di evasione e di consegna dell'ordine, visualizzati nella scheda prodotto e nel carrello al momento dell'acquisto, sono indicativi e non possono essere in alcun modo considerati vincolanti per Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera srl
12. NeraVini.com e CavenCamuna.com possono accettare ordini solo con consegna in territorio italiano, ordini con consegna in altri paesi potranno essere gestiti previo accordo. In tal caso le spese di spedizione verranno calcolate e comunicate al cliente dopo l’ordine e la modalità di pagamento prevista sarà il bonifico bancario anticipato. L'annullamento dell'ordine è possibile fino al momento dell'evasione dell'ordine che avviene con l'emissione del documento di trasporto o fattura.
13. Per ogni ordine effettuato su NeraVini.com e CavenCamuna.com, Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera srl emette fattura o ricevuta del materiale spedito, inviandola tramite e-mail all'intestatario dell'ordine, ai sensi dell'art 14 D.P.R. 445/2000. Per l'emissione del documento di vendita, fanno fede le informazioni fornite dal Cliente all'atto dell'ordine. Nessuna variazione nel documento di vendita sarà possibile, dopo l'emissione dello stesso.
14. Le spese di consegna e/o eventuali spese accessorie sono a carico del Cliente e vengono esplicitate chiaramente in sede di effettuazione dell'ordine. Il pagamento della merce da parte del Cliente avverrà utilizzando la modalità scelta all'atto dell'ordine. Nulla è dovuto in più dal Cliente rispetto al totale dell'ordine evidenziato al termine della procedura d'acquisto.
15. Nessuna responsabilità può essere imputata a Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera srl in caso di ritardo nell'evasione dell'ordine o nella consegna di quanto ordinato.
16. Al momento della consegna della merce da parte del corriere, il Cliente è tenuto a:
- controllare che il numero dei colli in consegna corrisponda a quanto indicato sulla prova di consegna del corriere;
- controllare che l'imballo risulti integro, non danneggiato, né bagnato o comunque alterato, anche nei materiali di chiusura (nastro adesivo o reggette metalliche);

- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, NeraVini.com or CavenCamuna.com will inform the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
- Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera srl is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
21. Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera srl will refund the customer the amount paid for the purchase of the goods, by transferring the amount charged to the Credit Card, Paypal account or by bank transfer. Warranties
23. All products sold by NeraVini.com and CavenCamuna.com are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the consumer code (Legal Guarantee). The legal guarantee is reserved for consumers, therefore it is applied only to users who purchase for purposes unrelated to any professional, entrepreneurial or commercial activity carried out. Those who have purchased and do not qualify as a consumer will be covered by the guarantees for defects in the goods sold, the guarantee for promised and essential quality defects and the other guarantees provided for by the civil code with the relative terms, forfeitures and limitations.

32. The sales contract between the customer and Casa Vinicola Pietro Nera srl is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Sondrio.
