History: born almost “by chance”... from an idea by Stefano Nera, who on the occasion of the first vintage produced (2004), decided to prolong the drying of a small quantity of grapes destined for the production of Sforzato di Valtellina Docg. The fermentation of these grapes, after the long drying period, took place very slowly, due to the high sugar concentration reached by the berries; from here an "anomalous" but necessary procedure was born, namely that of interrupting the fermentation itself, thus obtaining a sweet wine.
