History: "historical" label of Valtellina enology, already produced in the early 1960s, then taken over by Cantine Nera , moreover, owner of the homonymous "portion" of vineyards located within the "Inferno" area of the Valtellina Superiore Docg. The "Paradiso" is a ravine of land with gentler slopes and cooler exposure than the "Inferno" area.
Special features: this wine, being a "Riserva", is produced only in the best vintages and in limited quantities.
Why buy it: in response to the extreme mood of the landscape of Hell, the small "Paradiso" area has more "docile" climatic characteristics that give rise to a wine however intriguing and complex on the nose, with herbaceous and fruity notes underlying hints of alpine undergrowth.
