Dinner with chef Mauro Elli at the Il Cantuccio restaurant

On Friday 10 March, the Caven winery is a guest at the Il Cantuccio restaurant for a convivial dinner with a vertical tasting of Nebbiolo delle Alpi, locally called Chiavennasca. The passion for the territory, the love for beautiful things and concreteness unite the Cantina Caven Camuna and chef Mauro Elli. For the evening there are dishes dedicated to Valtellina revisited in a modern and contemporary key.
