Description

History: Sassella marc grappa is historically produced by Cantina Nera, to respect the tradition that sees Valtelllina as a territory where this product has a certain importance and ancient "roots".

Vineyards cultivated in the production areas of Valtellina Superiore Sassella DOCG: Sondrio and Castione Andevenno in predominantly sandy, permeable and basically acidic soils

Obtained from the scrupulous selection of pomace from the vinification of the grapes destined to become “Valtellina Superiore Sassella DOCG”. Subsequently, the fresh pomace is distilled within 24 hours: an indispensable condition for obtaining a perfect product. Product obtained from discontinuous distillation in steam stills.
Colourless, clear and crystalline. With a sinuous aroma in which the floral note stands out. Surprisingly soft, persistent and elegant.
Ideal as a digestive. It is also excellent in pairing with dark chocolate, aromatic and spicy sweets.
